The Camera Ready Sprint starts with a readiness screen via the physique design diagnostic— a clinical-grade assessment of exactly where your body is, what it’s capable of in 4-8 weeks, and what protocol will produce the most visible results in your specific window.

Then we build the system: customized nutrition protocol, strength programming, recovery architecture, and visibility prep — all calibrated to your schedule, your physiology, and your event.

Every week you check in. We adjust. Nothing is static. Because you’re not static.

The Process:

Week 0 (Pre-Sprint Intake):
Physique diagnostic session (45 minutes) — we assess your starting point, your event, your schedule, your hormonal context, and your specific visibility goals. If approved for sprint, you leave with your complete 4-8 week protocol in hand before week one begins.

Weeks 1-4 (or 1-8 depending on your timeline):

  • Customized strength training program (designed for visible physique changes, not general fitness)

  • Performance nutrition protocol calibrated for your schedule and your event timeline

  • Weekly asynchronous check-ins and optional calls (30 minutes each week) — we review your progress, adjust the protocol, and troubleshoot anything that's breaking

  • Accountability text support — message LaToya directly with questions, adjustments, and real-time protocol guidance between sessions

  • Event-week protocol — a specific game plan for your photoshoot/event week to maximize how you look and feel on the day

Post-Sprint:
30-minute debrief call — we review your results, assess what your body is capable of going forward, and map a clear transition path (to monthly coaching, digital products, or another sprint down the road).

  • Availability

    3 Ways to Sprint

    If you are a Physique Design Strategy client: Sprint is included when you have a dated event. Let your coach know at least four weeks out. The Sprint protocol integrates into your ongoing coaching. No additional fee.

    If you are a Physique Design Foundation client: Sprint can be added for the event window. Your Foundation coaching continues year-round. Sprint layers precision event preparation on top of it when you need it. Pricing applies.

    If you are not currently a coaching client: You must pass a readiness screen via purchase of a Physique Diagnostic Session ($99) before enrollment.

    Not everyone is ready for Sprint. If you are declined, you will be routed to Foundation to build readiness first, then Sprint is available when the foundation is stable.

    You will still receive the standard 4-week execution map the Strategy Session offers, regardless of enrollment in any tier.

    Camera Ready Sprint: 4-week sprint: $1,100
    6-week sprint: $1,300

    Panic premium (less than 3 weeks notice): +$100 (one-time investment)

How far in advance should I book the Sprint? Ideally 4-8 weeks before your event. We need the full 4-8 weeks of execution time, plus your pre-sprint audit call. Booking 5-6 weeks out gives us a one-week buffer before the event for your final event-week protocol.

What if my schedule is unpredictable during the sprint? The protocol is built around your actual schedule, not an ideal schedule. During your audit call, we map your calendar — travel, high-demand weeks, events within the event — and design the system around those realities. Disruption isn’t a failure condition. It’s a design parameter.

What if I have a medical condition or hormonal complexity? LaToya is a board-certified NP and physique coach. Hormonal shifts, perimenopause, metabolic resistance, thyroid conditions — these are all assessed during the physique audit and factored into the protocol. This is not a generic template program. It’s built around your physiology.

Is this the right fit if I want ongoing coaching? The Sprint is designed with a clear transition path into Physique design Coaching. Many Sprint clients convert to monthly coaching after the sprint — because they want to maintain and build on the results past the event window. If that’s the direction you’re leaning, we can discuss it in your post-sprint debrief.

What if I’m not happy with my results? LaToya’s standard is a full-effort protocol. If you execute fully and don’t see visible change, we will work to identify what didn’t move and why — and address it. The commitment is to results, not just access to a protocol.
