The Gap I Saw (Clinical Side):
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, I watched high-achieving women come in with labs in range and symptoms that were anything but. Fatigue. Fat gain that didn't respond to effort. A body that seemed to be working against them even when they were doing everything right.
Standard medicine said: "Your labs are normal. Lose weight and exercise more."
That answer doesn't work when you're already eating well, training consistently, and your body still won't move.

As a physique coach, I watched those same women follow programs that were never built for their schedule, their stress load, or their hormonal reality.
Programs designed for someone with a stable week, a general physique goal, and no professional performance demands.

I don't coach general fitness. I don't prescribe one-size programs. I diagnose.

The Perimenopause Rebuild
Two decades in healthcare. Competitive bodybuilding. Years coaching women toward visible physique results.
Then perimenopause hit mid-career and I watched the system I'd built collapse under the sustained load of building a business, navigating personal transitions, and being publicly visible while my physiology was shifting.
So I'm rebuilding. Strategically. Using everything I know as a clinician and everything I've learned as a coach. Running the Elite Physique Design Protocol on myself under the same conditions I'm asking my clients to perform under: perimenopause, business volatility, constant visibility, and a schedule that looks nothing like an ideal week.
That process — the one I'm in right now — is what became the Center U system.
