ELITE PHYSIQUE COACHING
What is Elite Physique Coaching?
Elite Physique Coaching is precision strength training, performance nutrition, and recovery engineering for women whose visibility is tied to their income. It's designed for women building personal brands where being on camera, on stage, or in high-stakes rooms is constant.
This is not generic fitness. It's physique architecture built to hold during launch weeks, content sprints, and board cycles — not just calm weeks.
How do I get started?
All coaching begins with a required Physique Strategy Session ($99). This is not a sales call.
We review your intake, physique history, training data, lifestyle demands, and current capacity to determine which tier (Elite Physique Standard or Elite Physique Strategy) is the right fit for your life.
If you move forward with coaching the same day, the $99 session cost is applied in full.
What's the difference between Elite Physique Standard and Elite Physique Strategy?
Elite Physique Standard ($349/month) is for disciplined executors who want expert programming, form guidance, and data-driven adjustments without needing deeper lifestyle planning.
Elite Physique Strategy ($497/month) is for women with complex schedules, advanced physiology needs, or who want proactive coaching. It includes weekly check-ins (as needed), strategic schedule engineering, lifestyle & performance audits, performance habit engineering, monthly strategy sessions, and priority messaging access.
Tier placement happens during your Strategy Session. You're matched to what your life actually requires, not sold into a package.
Do I have to exercise to get results?
Yes. Strength training is the foundation of this system.
We design efficient, progressive strength programs (typically 3-4 sessions per week) tailored to your schedule. The goal isn't to "burn calories" — it's to build muscle, retrain your metabolism, and create a physique that supports leadership performance.
If you're a beginner or have limitations, we start strategically and scale as you build capacity.
Can I join if I live out of state?
Yes. Elite Physique Coaching is available to clients anywhere.
Medical Support is available only to clients in Virginia, Arizona, Nevada, Wyoming, New Mexico, Idaho, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Colorado, and Montana.
*At this time, testosterone therapy is offered only to Virginia residents.
MEDICAL SUPPORT
What is Medical Support?
Medical Support is an optional add-on for current Elite Physique Coaching clients only.
It includes medical weight loss (GLP-1/GIP therapies), peptide & performance therapies, advanced lab work, and metabolic optimization when physiology requires deeper intervention or you want to enhance results.
Medical support doesn't replace coaching. It amplifies it.
Can I start with Medical Support without coaching?
No. Medical Support is available only to current Elite Physique Coaching clients.
Coaching establishes the foundation (strength training, nutrition, recovery). Medical support is layered on top when clinically appropriate or desired.
I want to start GLP-1 medication, but I'm afraid of side effects or looking unhealthy.
Standard GLP-1 dosing can cause rapid weight loss, muscle loss, and micronutrient deficiencies, with uncomfortable side effects that lead to stopping treatment early.
At Center U, I use microdosing for all GLP-1 medications because it:
→ Minimizes side effects while producing results
→ Promotes gradual, sustainable weight loss
→ Preserves muscle and lean body composition
→ Helps prevent nutrient deficiencies with targeted support
→ Is often more cost-effective than full-dose protocols
This approach keeps you healthy, strong, and confident while achieving lasting results.
What functional labs do you use and why?
We use a combination of conventional and advanced functional testing to uncover the real reasons your metabolism isn't responding. Standard labs often look "normal," yet symptoms persist. Functional labs reveal what's optimal.
Examples include:
→ Comprehensive metabolic & hormone panels: thyroid, cortisol, insulin, estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA
→ Inflammation & nutrient markers: CRP, ferritin, vitamin D, B12, magnesium, zinc
→ Glucose & insulin mapping: detects early metabolic dysfunction
Optional Advanced Functional Testing:
→ GI Microbiome Testing: Evaluates gut balance, digestion, and inflammation
→ Nutrigenomic Testing: Uses your DNA to design nutrition, fitness, and supplement plans
→ Salivary Cortisol Testing: Maps your daily stress rhythm
→ Food Sensitivity Testing: Identifies hidden triggers driving inflammation and cravings
These insights remove guesswork, so instead of fighting your body, we work with it to accelerate results, protect energy, and create sustainable progress.
What are nutraceuticals, and how do they help?
Nutraceuticals are medical-grade supplements used to correct metabolic, hormonal, or nutrient imbalances identified through your labs.
They can help:
→ Balance blood sugar and insulin response
→ Reduce inflammation and oxidative stress
→ Support thyroid and adrenal recovery
→ Enhance mitochondrial energy and muscle preservation
Examples include berberine, inositol, adaptogens, omega-3s, and targeted micronutrients. Every protocol is evidence-based and personalized — never one-size-fits-all.
What are compounded medications, and are they safe?
Compounded medications are custom prescriptions prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy. They are tailored to your individual needs, such as a specific dosage, combination of medications, or delivery form that may not be available in standard, commercially manufactured products.
Are they safe?
When prepared by reputable, state-licensed compounding pharmacies, compounded medications are considered safe for appropriate use under medical supervision. They are made using high-quality ingredients and must follow strict compounding standards and regulations.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved as a final product, because they are made specifically for you, but the ingredients used are typically FDA-approved.
Why we use them:
Compounded medications allow for a personalized approach, making it possible to provide treatments that are not otherwise available in commercial forms or to avoid unwanted fillers or allergens.
PRICING & LOGISTICS
Do you accept insurance?
I do not bill insurance or participate in insurance plans, including Medicare. Most insurance covers illness, not the performance and physique-focused services offered at Center U.
Lab work may be partially covered by your insurance, but reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Medical records can be provided upon request, but we do not communicate directly with insurance companies.
Compounded medications are generally not covered by insurance.
Center U is designed to give you personalized, precision-driven care without third-party interference.
How fast will I see results?
Most clients notice visible body composition shifts and improved energy within 8-12 weeks, followed by consistent progress.
Because we focus on building muscle, retraining metabolism, and correcting physiology — not just weight loss — results compound over time.
We don't chase "quick fixes." We build a body that performs. Steady, sustainable, and strong, long after the program ends.
