The Patient Journey

It's confusing to sign up for a service and not understand the process. Below is a synopsis of your journey with me to optimal wellness. 

The Process

1) Book your 15 min consultation

Let's discuss your goals and what I have to offer. If  we are a good fit for each other, let's make things happen!

4) Choose a Plan

 You can choose between a monthly plan or 3 month package for ongoing treatment and management. The cost of your initial visit will go towards whichever plan you choose.  

Once you choose a plan, I will order initial lab work for you to complete at a local lab and we will schedule your first follow up in 2-3 weeks.

2) Book Initial Visit

Schedule a 90 minute consultation. 

​Fill out a comprehensive intake form and sign consent forms​. 

​

5)  First follow up

​At your first 50 minute follow up, we will create an initial comprehensive treatment plan that may include a combination of  functional labs, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, lifestyle modifications and mind body approaches.  

3) During Visit

Complete your 90 minute initial consultation with me where we will dive into a thorough assessment of your medical history and current state beyond a traditional medical visit. We will discuss and identify any areas requiring optimization. ​Then we can discuss plan options and initial treatment recommendations.

6) Ongoing Care

 We will continue to follow up monthly until stability is achieved. Then build upon improvements and continue to grow! By 3- 6 months you should be feeling pretty stellar. 

Fitness Coaching Process

The fitness coaching process includes a 15 minute consult (cost goes towards your plan) and 60 minute consultation to review your goals and discuss plans. Thereafter, we will check in via the fitness app every 2 weeks or once a month to assess your progress and make any plan adjustments.
